As a Southern California native, Ivy has a passion for helping people and has a family history steeped in real estate. With a familial background in buying and selling properties ranging from single and multifamily homes to apartment buildings and commercial properties, Ivy grew up accompanying her father to prospective properties, seeing the potential in each new structure with wide-eyed wonder.
